If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Because of the nature of our work, each bicycle is made specifically for each rider and thus an individual commission which makes the framesets and bicycles non-refundable. 

However if there is any manufacturing default we will be very happy to stand by our work and fix the problem. If you wish to return the frame, please make sure that:

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from www.mossbikes.co.uk

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non refundable.

WARRANTY

Moss frames are covered by a guarantee for 5 years from the date of delivery.
This covers materials and workmanship defects.

Frames will not be covered under a warranty where any defect in the product has arisen from:
Fair wear and tear, or any damage arising out of the product’s normal use
Wilful damage, neglect, lack of maintenance and poor storage or working conditions, other negligence by you or by any third party
Damage caused as result of a crash
Corrosion or damage caused by corrosion
Damage caused by using the bicycle outside of its intended use case

Paint and finishing is covered for 12 months on the same terms.
Candy paint finishes are not covered by the guarantee as they are naturally more fragile and require more care to maintain.

Any frames that have in any way been altered or modified by any persons other than Moss Bikes will no longer be covered by a warranty.

Any components not made by Moss Bikes will be covered only by the original manufacturers warranty.
We are happy to facilitate warranty claims for components bought from Moss Bikes within the relevant time frames.

Our liability under our warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product manufactured by us. There is no cash alternative.
